Consulting for Management System Certification
Always striving for excellence, companies seek standardization in the delivery of products and services.
The goal of implementing a management system is to ensure the organization achieves its desired results—regarding quality, the environment, health and safety, and chain of custody, among others—by defining policies, objectives, procedures, and management processes in accordance with applicable standards.
Working collaboratively with the client and using a proprietary methodology, we customize a system that meets specific needs for compliance with applicable standards, focusing on the company and the relevant requirements. We guarantee the attainment of certifications within the agreed-upon timeframes.

Integrated System
Typically, companies select a specific standard for their initial certification based on their needs regarding quality, environmental management, or occupational health and safety. Over time, they often decide to further develop their systems to pursue additional certifications.
In this process, companies frequently overlook system integration, instead creating separate documentation to meet the requirements of each specific standard.
Activities such as document and record control, internal auditing, corrective and preventive actions, and management reviews—among others—can be carried out using the same procedures. Minor adjustments to the documentation are sufficient to satisfy the requirements shared across the standards.
To enable companies to implement an integrated management system, marQ offers a thoroughly tested methodology that delivers excellent results, along with reduced implementation times and costs.
When correctly implemented and properly maintained, an integrated management system lowers costs associated with external audits, bureaucracy, and the time staff must dedicate to processes, while boosting competitiveness in an increasingly aggressive market.
Management Systems Administration
We provide ongoing support to companies, focusing on performance and the quality of products and services delivered to customers. Management system administration aims to ensure continued compliance with applicable standards and regulations for products and services, adhering to the policies, objectives, procedures, and processes established during system implementation.
Through continuous monitoring, internal audits, report analysis, opportunity identification, and action plan management, we ensure the maintenance of high standards regarding performance, services, and products, as well as continuous improvement of company processes. Offering high effectiveness and a more competitive outsourcing cost than in-house alternatives, we have been helping our clients maintain their certifications for years.
Audits
The continuous pursuit of service excellence requires companies to constantly re-evaluate their management systems.
Auditing verifies a company’s procedures and processes, as well as its compliance with the rules and requirements set forth in applicable standards. It identifies potential issues and assists in developing and implementing action plans to eliminate risks, thereby ensuring continued compliance with applicable standards and certifications.
We also offer audit programs for our clients’ supplier management.
Product Audit / Mystery Shopper
Mystery Shopping is a product and/or service auditing technique in which auditors, posing as customers, evaluate the service provided (and/or the product offered) by the company.
This work is carried out in three stages:
Consultancy
We identify the elements that add value to the product or service—aligned with the company’s interests and market positioning—formulate objective questions organized by category, define evaluation criteria, and train personnel with relevant market experience to conduct the audits.
Audit
Stage 1: The auditor arrives at the establishment incognito to evaluate all frontline services that must be provided to (or made available to) the customer;
Stage 2: The auditor identifies themselves to the establishment’s manager to jointly evaluate support services—to which the customer typically has no access or awareness—as well as compliance with standards and regulations.
Data Analysis
We tabulate and statistically analyze data obtained from audits across the chain’s various locations to establish priorities and strategies for addressing the issues identified.
For positive results, the focus is on reinforcing the actions already taken; for negative results, the focus is on corrective actions to eliminate the possibility of recurrence.
Legal Compliance Audit
Ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements and other commitments undertaken by a company instills confidence in its customers. A legal compliance audit periodically and systematically verifies the company’s adherence to the legislation, standards, and regulations applicable to each area of its operations.
It identifies potential issues regarding compliance with legal requirements and assists in the development and implementation of action plans to mitigate risks. This ensures the company’s commitment to meeting requirements established in applicable standards and legislation, or those voluntarily adopted by the organization itself.
Scope of services:
• ISO 14001 – Environmental;
• OHSAS 18001 – Occupational Health & Safety;
• Sector-specific regulations and standards.
Training Sessions
We conduct in-house training to help companies achieve results. We begin by mapping the current situation—focusing on people, processes, and systems—while also taking the company’s environment and culture into account.
We assess the expected outcomes and then develop a training plan. Upon completion, we issue certificates and prepare a report evaluating the results, covering the training itself, the instructors, and participant performance. Experiential training: we specialize in interactive, engaging training sessions that convey day-to-day concepts in a relaxed atmosphere.
Some of the training programs available include:
• Auditor training;
• Interpretation of standards;
• Quality tools;
In addition to these, we can tailor programs to meet specific client needs!
